Yesterday I took the NCLEX PN and got the good pop up!!! I am so happy!!! So after reading everyone's experience which has help me I thought I should post mine:) nursing school wasn't easy for me we'll really just med surg. I was a B student and had to study a lot but I was determined and passed:) Throughout the entire year our school had us use ATI which I believe was very helpful. At the end we had to take a predictor test which we needed to pass with a 90% and I got an 88%. I was devastated but studied hard and the second time I passed with a 95% chance of passing NCLEX. After I graduated in December I scheduled my test for January 9 but felt that it wasn't enough time so I rescheduled for January 21. So my plan was to buy the ncsbn 3 week course and do that but I felt it was a lot of content and I wanted more questions so I didn't finish it. Honestly I didn't really focus completely on studying until about 3 days before my exam. What I used mainly was exam cram. I did about 500+ questions and mainly used the cd that came with it. I did a little ATI but not really since we did all the tests in school and I could remember the answers. I had Saunders but did very few questions with the cd I liked exam cram more. Before my 3 days of cramming I also used PN flash cards. I did the whole book and I read the Kaplan strategies, I had the 2012-2013 book. What helped me the most is the studyquide which is being used on this site. I don't have the link for it someone printed it for me. I found it very helpful. My test stopped at 85 questions!!! I still can't believe it!!! Good luck to everyone who has to take the NCLEX:)
