My NANDA approved nursing dx 09-11

Background info:

I'm 22, going through a divorce, and just broke up with my Boyfriend of 6 months. I'm a LPN and a RN student. I know , I know... not good with choosing a mate. While in clinicals the other day I noticed that I some of these nanda dx fits me perfectly.

Here are mine:

* Stress overload r/t nursing school a.e.b aches in my body and headaches

*Imbalanced nutrition more than body requirements r/t being a nurse, student, divorced, and single a.e.b. I'm fat

*Urinary retention r/t taking care of 20 demanding residents a.e.b. urge incontinence

*Sleep deprivation

*Risk for loneliness r/t being single

*Ineffective sexuality pattern r/t sex a.e.b. I'm not getting any:o

*Readiness for enhanced religiosity... Only God and get me through this

* Disturbed thought process... What the hell was I thinking to start a brand new relationship right after leaving my husband. I should have took time to heal.

*Knowledge deficient r/t getting married at 20 y/o, I should of waited and I knew better
