I graduated in May 27, 2006...I took NCLEX in September 6..Some of my classmates took NCLEX at the same time or a week earlier and some took it in July 2006..I finally got my acutal license in the mail in October 2..I got my IV/Blood withdraw certification on October 4...I turned in my first resume today by email, October 12..I know that I am kind of slow but I hope I will report back later with good news with a job offer..I just hope it does not take so long to find a job..I remember I went to school and got an associates degree in Pharmacy Technician 3 years ago and I could not find a job..I hope LVN positions are not like that..

I wish you the best of luck with your job search!
However, I would mail or fax at least 20 resumes because, traditionally, only 20 percent of the hiring managers are likely to give you a call. The more resumes you send, the merrier the outcome.

Oh, thanks..Being unemployed it is kind of depressing..I hope things would be brighter...Today, I plan to send one more resume out..And tommorow, I am going to send out another one..Maybe everyday, I will send out one or two..Then next week if there are no calls, then I will have to go to the place that is hiring and talk with the manager..
No job or even one interview yet.. :( :(
