I used Saunders Comprehensive Book, Mosby CD, Exam CRAM, Drexel EXCEL CD, VIRTUAL ATI(ONLINE), www.caring4you.net and

http://www.RNboardreview.com. However, after taking the test I REALIZED I MUST HAVE OVERSTUDIED or GOD BLESSED ME WITH AN EASY TEST because I did not have NONE of the BIG STUFF (HERBS, IMMUNIZATIONS, DISASTER, TRIAGE, CHILD DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES, PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS, HARD PHARMACOLOGY , DRUG CALCULATIONS, CHEST TUBES, etc.) that I was EXPECTING. The MOST Difficult thing that I had was ABG's and DELEGATION! I ONLY had 2 EASY Multiple Multiples. WOW! What a BLESSING! I hope this helps! NURSE ROZY
