My advice for those people who will take the Nclex RN exam.

Before taking the Nclex RN exam make sure you guys should have read the Saunders Comprehensive Review.

Read all the answers and rationalize each answer. For example if I will pick this answer what will be the outcome. I'm telling you guys some of the questions in the Nclex RN will make you scratch your head.

Study prioritization, delegation and infection control. Don't focus too much on meds, study that part last. What I did was I study the basic stuff and thats it.

Focus on Disease process and Nursing intervention. Yeah it's nice to know those numbers and other info but no need to focus on them.

DON'T MEMORIZE GUYS!! Understand the disease process and always question your self why. For example why does this patient need this intervention. Why this patient have this kind of symptoms.

Most important part, pray!
