Those are the things that are important to me 1.online classes 2. at least 2 years maybe even less 3. the cost.. thank you:nurse:

It's been awhile since you posted. What did you decide? I'm looking at USC and MUSC as well for FNP.

Wasn't MUSC's program under some sort of investigation or sanctions within the past few years? I don't know the specifics, but I'm sure someone here would know more information.

It's been 2 years since I graduated from MUSC, but I have never heard of any sort of investigation or sanction against them. I found them to be an absolutely wonderful school with great faculty that supports their students. Maybe you've mixed them up with another program? As for the FNP program, I know MUSC only offers a DNP. Not sure if USC still offers an MSN, but that might be a consideration.

I'm not sure where you live but here is a website that is pretty helpful with rankings for NP programs and UCSF comes out with high marks for several specialty areas. I know one of the faculty members and understand why they are highly ranked. I believe they also have some online options. I'm a UCLA grad from the late 90's and know that they have some outstanding faculty members there as well. Good luck with your decision.
