Welcome to allnurses! :balloons:
Where do you live? Your Georgia license only has "compact privileges" (i.e., can be used to practice in other states) if you are a permanent resident of Georgia. If you are living in one of the other two states you mention, your Georgia license is a regular, traditional license that does not have compact privileges.
If you are maintaining a permanent residence in GA, you can use your GA license to practice in NC. If you are moving to NC (i.e., that will be your permanent residence), you will need to apply for NC licensure.
Georgia is not a member of the original Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Georgia and North Carolina are both members of the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). While the eNLC became effective when North Carolina became the 26th state to ratify it. However, as far as I am aware, it has not yet been implemented.

I'm a Registered Nurse - here's a little information.
My original state of licensure is Alabama, which is active.
I endorsed my Mississippi license (which has since lapsed)
I just obtained my Georgia license through endorsement.
Overall I would like to know if I can practice in North Carolina with my endorsed GA license?
Am I part of the compact with an endorsed GA license or do they go by original state of licensure meaning i would also have to endorse for my NC?
