Multiple job offers in ND, need advice/opinions

Out of the blue today I received multiple job offers at Sanford Health in Fargo and St. A's in Bismarck. I currently live in Iowa and was looking to relocate anyway, so I don't think I can make a bad choice here.

The problem is, I know nothing about North Dakota, so could anyone familiar with these employers and/or areas give me some feedback? What is life like in ND, are these good employers, etc...

I know nothing about the employers. North Dakota is boomtown these days because of advances in gas and oil technologies, and I've heard people are making really nice lives for themselves there because of it. You still have to deal with winter, but since you're from Iowa that's no big deal. Go have an adventure!

That's precisely what I was thinking lol...I just don't want to get trapped in a bad choice so I figured if someone knew something this would be the place to ask.
