multi-vitamin and zinc med cards???

im making my med cards for my first care plan. its an integ focus and my patient is on multivitamins with minerals, zinc and ascorbic acid for increased helaing of her pressure sore.

ascorbic acid was in my drug book but the others were not... im having a really hard time finding the required info for these 2 cards...

we need:

indications-

actions-

route & dosage-

adverse reactions-

nursing implications (assessment, teaching and eval)

i even have a PDR in my lap as im typing because i thought that the bohemoth of a book would help... but no

MVI and zinc are in my Davis drug book, so they should be in yours. Check out "zinc sulfate" and vitamins, subheading "multiple vitamins".

i have the prentice hall drug guide... blah.... everyone is telling me its in the davis one...guess i have to get one huh?? thank you!
