Mt. Sinai Main NYC

I received an offer from Mt Sinai main campus and I have questions about the union. I'm leaning towards accepting but I do have other offers. 

How many weeks vacation do nurses get annually? 

Do nurses only do 3 12s, or is there one week you have to pick up a 4? 

Is Tuition reimbursement available? If I wanted to advance my education could I do it at Mt. Sinai for free if I'm working there?

Is Sinai still represented by NYSNA?  If it is, you could start there since I think they have a staff person dedicated to Sinai.  I'm flummoxed by HR response.
