What do you think made you stand out and get accepted? I'm just trying to gauge my chances for Mt. Hood. I did not apply to the CCC program.

Honestly, no idea! I had applied to CCC back in 2019 and, while I did get interviewed, I wasn't even waitlisted.

I wasn't optimistic.... honestly I didn't prep for the interview or fret....I literally had the MHCC essay and I had an interview for a school in Tricities both the day previous to my CCC interview. I just prayed and went in and did the interview. 

I did get my LPN diploma since interviewing in 2019, however the other 3 potential students also had healthcare experience.....

All I can say is God's mercy and grace! 🙏

But also, as part of the CCC application there was also an essay prompt. So the points from were counted as well from my understanding.

Just got an email about being an alternate. I'm not sure if my alternate number is high or not. Super bummed 😞

I just got an email saying I'm an alternate too :( super bummed. It sucks that this year was just based off of an essay. What number did you get on the alternative list?
