hi friends,

my question is my sister in law migrated to us, and she’s us green cardholder, she completed her bs nursing and ms nursing from india and have one year experience of teaching in nursing school in india. what would be the next procedure for her to validate her degree and to work in us?

i am currently in nursing program @ csuf , doesn't know much about international nursing , so need ur guyz help!

She needs to apply to the state she wants to live and work and meet their requirements for International trained nurse. Could mean CGFNS involvement or not depending on what they use. You can find links to state website at the bottom of the page

She's gonna be living in California. She still have to take NCLEX exam right.

Yes, For CA she will need to arrange for her transcripts to be sent from where she trained and complete application form for CA and await eligibility to sit NCLEX
