Hello, did you get any answers to your query. I am in public health, and would like to get my MPH in a state university that does not require a GRE.

University of South Florida is one of the places I looked into when I was looking around for an online, CEPH accredited MPH. It looked like a good school to me, but I ultimately went with University of New England out of Maine because I am not required to travel to the campus at any point in the program. If UNE hadn't accepted me, I would have gone with USF. Good luck on your journey! A good place for anyone to get started with a search for an MPH program is here Home | Council on Education for Public Health. The Council on Education for Public Health is the accreditation body for public health programs. Just like you would want to go to a CCNE-accredited nursing school, you would want to attend a CEPH accredited program as well. CEPH accreditation of a particular program might not matter as much depending on what you want to do with your MPH, but if you ever want federal employment (like I do) then it better be CEPH accredited or your diploma isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
I got my MPH from Michigan State as I mentioned. They are currently in process of accreditation but not when I completed, and I work for the CDC and do very well:) good luck on your search!
Ericaf, that's great to hear!
Thanks! But like you said, accreditation is very important! (I may have just gotten lucky)
