I'm finishing my nursing course here in Quebec city, Quebec , canada and I'm planning to move with my fiancee in Colorado.

I worry about : will my diploma will be fine to work there?

Sometimes I guess WE're better to move in the english part of canada so my diploma will be ok to work and my husband will be able to communicate (he doesn't speak french) .

please help me

I would check with the Colorado Board of nursing. Go here:

http://www.dora.state.co.us/nursing/licensingrequirements/licensingrequirements.htm

There is a section regarding those who have been educated outside of the US.

Good luck!

I know someone who moved from Nova Scotia to Colorado. For some bizarre reason they sent her to Chicago to take an English test. I'm guessing it was TOEFL test, but why in Chicago, I don't know. Then she had to take the NCLEX exam.

Your degree should be fine. But you will have to take the NCLEX. I'm not sure of the site, but if you look at Colorado's Board of Nursing site, it should give you more information.
