Hi everyone!
I will be moving to TX next summer after graduation in June. I have two small kids who will then be 3 and 6 years of age. Im moving to TX because I have ALWAYS had an obsession with the state, and had always dreamed of living in Houston. But the thing is, I know it would be hard for a new grad to get a job there due to it being a large metro city and the abundance of new grads. With that said Im willing to move to a smaller city to get experience before I try to get into a Houston hospital.
So any ideas on where to look? Decent smaller sized cities with good hospitals?

Define "Decent sized"? The suburbs are saturated...you will probably have to go more rural than that.
You could try places like Sherman, Lubbock, Tyler, Wichita Falls.

I live in DFW -Texas- and having to move 8hrs. away to Eagle Pass for a job! Kinda rough right now for new grads!
I know! New grads are having a hard time everywhere! Thats why Im going to try to research every new grad program in TX that I can find. God willing, I'll get accepted to one and can take it from there.
But I HAVE to get to TX! Lol I'll go crazy if I dont move there after obsessing over it for all these years.
