Hiya everyone,
so i am a registered nurse living here in Ireland but i want to make the move to Arizona. I am just wondering is there anyone out there with a similiar experience or who has any advice on what way to start the process. for example would i be better trying to get my own visa and apply independently or would it be better joining with an agency who could help me with all the paperwork and nclex exams and stuff. Honestly any advice would be appreciated! :)

Moved to International area, as more members who are knowledgeable of this process will frequent International. :)

The current issue is retrogression and the long long wait for a visa. This makes it harder to find a employer willing to wait the several years for you to come. It can be done without an agency however be prepared for a long wait. Going through agency will not guarantee a job in AZ and will not make things easier to go through retrogression
Thanks for the reply! ok so it can be done but we are talking about a very long wait..longer than the two years i had anticipated??
