Hello everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for Spring 2021 applicants at Mountain View College. I wasn’t able to find one only for fall 2020. I have followed old threads and I believe it has been very helpful with questions and guidance for some. Feel free to post and ask questions. Applications are due on the 28th, good luck to EVERYONE!?

Nope heard nothing yet.  Hopefully in the next two weeks we would hear something.

Welcome! And I’m not sure just the basic from what I’ve heard like why do you wanna be a nurse, where do you see yourself in 5 years. But I’m guessing we will have to type the essay and submit it.?‍♀️

We should hear something soon since interviews will be help from September 28th- October 5th. That’s two weeks from now, due to some applicants schedules we should get a heads up ahead of time to request that day off. Hopefully??

It is me again, wanted to see if anyone heard anything?  Still no email which makes me panic even more LOL.  The waiting is the worst.  I really hope we would get an email this week.

I have not heard anything yet either. I hope we all do soon! The wait is sooo nerve-wracking.

Hopefully we would hear by the end of this week as the interviews start next week Monday.  I am just so nervous and really like to know whether I made the cut or not.  The waiting is the worst part of it all.

I applied this fall too, and nothing yet! Hopefully soon. ? I need to give notice for work too LOL.

Yes surely they will let us know by the end of this week so we have time to get off work.  Hopefully they will give us a reasonable time line.  I know Collin College send out emails yesterday to let people know whether they got in or not.  There application was also due the end of August.  

I just want to know if I got in or not so I can work on my next step.  This waiting is killing me.n

I know what you mean. I applied to ECC as well and they don’t let us know until mid October.  It’s awful.  Brookhaven advises students within a few weeks.

oh wow that would be nice if they can let us know in a few weeks.  Well I guess it depends on the amount of applications.  But surely by now they should know.  I was trying to see what was the lowest HESI scored that got in last application period. When I called an ask how they choose people they said based on their HESI scores but when I read the thread from last application period they talked about a point system. Do you know what they were talking about?
