Mountain View College Spring 2019

Hi all! Haven't seen one for Spring application yet and I have some questions so I thought I'd start this!

It says on the app that we need closed transcripts from all previous schools. What if we have one on file with admissions, does this count? Only one of my classes is from an out of state school and on econnect it shows transfer equivalent. I have an email in to Self-Drake asking but thought maybe someone would know sooner. TIA!

Oh my gosh guys am so glad i found this thread, though too late!

I have literally been on my phone the whole day, refreshing my emails. I am dying, I haven't slept yet, still waiting for an email at 00:11 am..smh!

I am praying we all get in! By the way how do you all know your points? I saw Self-Drake write down points but unfortunately didn't get to see the final accumulative points. The app package did not have any point sheet :-(

otherwise fingers crossed we get emails by end of tomorrow, or end of week!

okay disregard the points question, got it. I am actually not in Dallas, just saw an opening like a month prior, went and did the hesi like a week before submitting my application, got everything done and submitted application a day prior to deadline... so i did not actually get to check out the website in details.

I wonder what process they are using to decide who to send emails to first...like are they starting emails based off of rank, or alphabetical. lol I have had way too much time to overthink everything waiting on this email. haha

Me too!! I'm going to try not to overwhelm myself today and just be patient lol. I was killing myself yesterday! Rethinking over my application, I went back to the website several times to make sure I printed each document.. I was going nuts! Today I'm attenpting to relax. We'll see how that goes. Lol

So I applied to Brookhaven also, and my application got rejected because they wouldn't accept my chemistry class I took at UT ARLINGTON ☹️ The advisor told me I would be ok and that I didn't need a course sub .. but they waited until after I submit my application to tell me no.. now I'm waiting on MVC and NCTC.. I just emailed NCTC and they said emails would go out this week, even though the website said on Oct.1 ! I'm running out of patience lol! Ok RANT OVER!

Still nothing today! Ugh! I'm glad I found this thread though, after hearing nothing last week I assumed I just wasn't going to hear. Any day now!! Hopefully today!

I talked to Drake guys and she said that they had a lot of applicants and that the interview dates will be delayed!! She said to keep checking back with her shortly.
