Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone here is applying for the ADN program at MSMC for Spring 2010...

ANd if anyone has gone to any information sessions..

Let me know! I'm looking into MSMC and I really wanna get in!

so is it like one year (fall, spring) and one more year (fall spring again)?? cuz i read theres a summer part..

i just need public speaking, philosophy critical thinking, developmental psychology, and religious studies..does anyone know if i can take these in the fall at MSMC?

Alot of these questions your just going to have to ask a rep. Were you at the info session last night?

ohh yeahh.. actually im doing last minute stuff..i get to register/change classes tomorrow. i should talk to the counselor at MSMC yeah..i went the info session yesterday and they said that interpersonal communications wont be accepted and the critical thinking has to be philosophy (i took reading for it cuz my school gave that as an option)..i wonder if i can still challenge it??

but yea i just wanted to know how long it'll take me to finish if i take the 4 prereqs in the fall at MSMC..I already emailed MSMC earlier if certain classes are offered in both fall and spring. I'll just wait. Thanks!

I found the articulation agreements very handy to figure out if my classes fit or not.

I would assume that if you can take your 4 classes in fall then it would be 2 years and some change.

i cant seem to find the articulation agreements..i only got up to nursing transfer students..and then it goes to adn admitted students..

nevermind. found it. but none of the Cal states are listed.

If your already at a CSU my advice would be to stay at CSU and try and get into one of the CSU programs

Hello Al. Hope you holiday was great and your new year is even better. So I've decided to get to MSMC info session on the 6th. I'm sure this question is dumb but, they only accept in the Fall and Spring is that right? Is anyone else planning to apply for the Fall 2010?

The info session was interesting... I will be applying Fall 2010 in a few days. I will go in as a prenursing student as I still need 1/2 the classes but then get the 15 units credit for the LVN. I'm hyped.

i really hope i can get into a CSU :) im just looking for back up plans..and that is ADN.

i was reading earlier posts on this thread n i read that some are going for spring 2010..when are u guys supposed to finish the program if everything goes well?

Are you taking prereqs at CSU or community college? Spring 2010 has already started and it depends on how many credits a person has as to how long it will take. It ranges from a max of 3 years for someone starting from scratch to 1 year 4months for an LVN with ALL the prereqs.
