I have recently applied for the MSMU's Summer 2018 ABSN Program at the Doheny Campus, and I would be delighted to know if anyone else applied!
I am scheduled to take the Math Exam on the 16th of December!
I thought this thread would be a great way to keep each other updated throughout the process. Anyone is more than welcome to share on this post--whether it'd be about the application process, experiences, and future goals!

I'm also currently in the program and graduating August 2018. Feel free to message me or post any questions you may have. To answer a few questions that were asked:
I personally feel the program preps you well. It's a very intense program as you can imagine. Much of your time outside of class will be dedicated to studying so be ready to sacrifice much of your social life. Your schedule consists of normal lecture which vary and a couple days of clinical, which also will vary. Sites consists of UCLA, USC, Northridge, among others throughout LA. They will usually make you take your Phil class 2nd semester along with other nursing classes, so be ready to juggle. My only tip would be to just mentally prepare for an intense, yet rewarding year, and to stay motivated as the end goal will only be a year away.
I have a quick question if you are free. Approximately how much time does MSMU give you between inviting you to interview and actually doing it? Also do you choose your interview date when they invite you? I'm wondering because I'm retaking the TEAS for Cal State LA and I want to make sure I divide my time up efficiently between prepping for the interview and studying for the TEAS.
I also applied to the Summer 2018 Cohort. I was wondering if anyone has heard back for interviews? Agasia told me that they are holding interviews all January and will send out decision letters no later than the first week of February> Good luck to everyone!
She told me this on the 5th of Jan. And when I talked to her in Dec I recall her saying that we would get and email invitation for interviews, and a mailed decision letter.
I thought that she told us at the math test that invitations for the interview will be sent out late January- early February. That seems a little early being that schools are usually closed until after January 1st and it takes some time to send transcripts with their snail mail method.
If they were holding interviews through all of January you would think they would have sent out invitations by now so that people can plan accordingly.
Ya I thought it was weird. And I just called and talked to one of the admissions receptionist and she said that invitations will be sent out this month and interview with be in feb
