I applied for the Accelerated BSN at Mount Saint Mary's University in L.A. for Fall 2015. I hadn't seen a thread created yet so thought to make one! Wondering if anybody out there applied and waiting as well?

I have been reading your comments and had lots of help from you guys. Thank you!

I am also in Fall 2015 ABSN cohert!

I am out of the USA and I have to depend on the web site information. Is there anybody to try uniforms? Is the size true as the web site says? Please help me! Thanks!

Did anyone purchase the [COLOR=#444444] "Test-Taking Techniques for Beginning Nursing Students" in the 7th edition? I looked it up, but I can only find it in the 5th and 6th edition. I've checked amazon, eBay, chegg, and barnes & nobles and I can't seem to find the 7th edition[/COLOR]

Hey guys,

Quick question for current and future students of MSMU. I know we have clinicals at UCLA for the fall semester. Does anybody know where our other clinical sites will be for the Spring and Summer Semester? Thanks. Super Excited to meet my 2016 cohort.

May I ask what was everyone's GPA that got in to program or were invites for an interview?

I heard some clinicals are also done at Torrance Memorial Medical Center. I'm currently working there and I've seen a few MSMU students.

Is anyone else living on campus?

Also, my order for my drug screening expired. I called Loree like 2 wks ago and asked if she could give me another code and she said a lot of other students were in the same situation so she would be sending the codes all at once. Has anyone else received it?

I'm not sure what my overall GPA was but my undergrad was like a 3.5. I took pretty much all my prereqs at a community college after and I got A's in all my prereqs except for one B.

I purchased the 3rd edition because that is all I found online. I have just started reading it and I heard from some other nurse friends of mine that its is very helpful. most of them wish that they knew about it before they started school.

Does anyone know the ABSN min. grade to pass the tests? I heard most Nursing schools were 80% and I was just wondering if that was the same with an ABSN program??
