I am planning on applying to Mount Marty's CRNA program in South Dakota this year. Wondering if anyone is applying, in the program, or has gone through the program.

Hey there, I'm in MTMC's program right now, interviewed last year. Our cohort is 35 students, they interviewed just over 90. They received just over 150 applicants this year, and I assume they will interview the same. Our interview was almost completely personality based -- I had no clinical questions at all, but a couple people in our cohort did. Happy to answer any other questions you might have!

I believe we were notified prior to Christmas but I can't remember the exact range. They'll give you that information at the beginning of the interview day - they do a kind of information Q/A session before interviews start. Time of day doesn't matter. They have two interview panels and didn't do the best at coordinating those, so some people had super long wait times in between. I would bring a couple snacks.
Like I said, questions were all personality based. The one I was not expecting was a big mistake you've made in your career as a bedside nurse. Otherwise, be prepared for personality questions. They're trying to figure out if you're teachable, a good team player, etc. Hope this helps.

I called and asked - they said to hope to send the interview notices by the first or second week of October!
