Motlow College 2015 Applicants

Hello All! I would like to start a thread on applicants for Fall 2015 for Motlow. I just took my HESI, got an 87 (not as high as I hoped) and my GPA is 4.0. This gives me a 735. Anyone else want to volunteer their grades/scores? Good luck to all!

Does anyone know what all we do at orientation? It's on my bday and I didn't exactly want to spend most of my day in orientation lol it is what it is but I'm just curious why it's so long

They explain the curriculum, talk about our textbooks, a person from financial aid talks to us, we take 2 different pictures ( one for our clinical badge and another for the nursing staff where they can get to know us), and we spend a lot of time just getting to know each other. They also provide a morning snack and lunch!( well they did last year) it's pretty much a lot of fun and very exciting! missing it would be unfortunate.

Has anyone that has sent an email accepting their seat received a confirmation email back? I haven't received a confirmation and last year I did. I don't know if it's because It's a different secretary or what.

Guess I should call since I didn't get one! That would STINK if I didn't get to go because they didn't receive my e-mail lol

I will definitely be there, it just wasn't how I planned most of my birthday :p

and I did not get a confirmation email either.

Maybe it was just the bridge students that got confirmation letters then. I called yesterday and got a voicemail :(

She said it doesn't matter as long as it has the same material and said we are responsible for the material that may or may not be in it. But we are more than welcome to compare
