Hello (: my name is Kyla
Just wondering if anybody else is applying to MSCC's 2019 nursing program? The application opens up in a couple of weeks and I have been pretty nervous...I have never applied to a nursing program before and I hear that it is pretty competitive. If anybody would like to share their experience(s) that would be awesome!

It seems like you have great chances to get in, based on your total points. What campus did you choose as first option? Did you apply anywhere else?

I chose Moore county, since it is closer to me. I thought about applying to CSCC if this doesn’t work out. Do you know how the quality points factor in to the final score?

No, but I told my friend about it, and she was able to go. Hii, if you’re lurking
She told me that there’s 500 applicants and only 150 are eligible based off of passing hesi and meeting Gpa requirements. She also asked them what points they were accepting, and she was told 590-650!
It sounds like they’ve already started working through them, which is good news! It would be nice if we found out a little early Lol
Apparently, only about 4 people were able to attend the session

@Alex Carpenter I’m honestly not sure ? I would think so, that if you’re close to 590 you would be on the wait list. Good luck!

When I first applied, I scoured the internet for any shreds of light. I found little help and would have loved the opportunity for some of my questions to be answered. With that being said, I will do my best with what I know. Fire away!
Hey! So, my hesi is a 91 and my gpa is 3.8. I also get all 75 quality points! What do you think my odds of being accepted are?
