this is all almost too horrible for words. i am just so shocked and sickened. as nurses, though, we need to be aware so we can help any patients we might encounter with these problems.

is morgellons disease caused by chemtrail spraying?
by ted twietmeyer
5-14-6 obstacles to curing the disease the outbreak in south texas which made big news recently has thus far provided no answers as to the source of the disease. there is a wall which exists in the science community, which is as difficult as climbing mt. everest for scientists thinking "outside the box." scientists are inherently bound by peer review and the very culture that awards them their doctorates, to stay away from so-called "fringe sciences." this very mindset makes solving the source of this disease nearly impossible
there is also the ever present pharmaceutical market problem. big pharma will ignore any "treatment market" that isn't worth hundreds of millions to billions of dollars. and of course, the word "cure" when uttered by a doctor is akin to blaspheming god. it is never uttered or even thought about, even behind closed doors. instead, the word "treatment" is always used.
disease images from an electron microscope
1,200x magnification of fiber growing from skin [1]
chemtrails as a possible source? since the only treatment that has been known to work is a very long term antibiotic therapy, this strongly suggests morgellons fibers under 60x magnification [1]
in the above images, we can see that many of the fiber sizes are the same, since both samples are under the same magnification. www.data4science.net

body bugs
it is a story unlike many we have ever seen. it began with one south florida woman and has now grown to involve dozens of people. people claiming to have bugs coming out of their bodies. don't believe it? then sit back and watch patrick fraser's special investigation, body bugs.

wsvn -- meet kathy jimenez. her life is a nightmare.
kathy: "all my friends thought i was crazy. i lost all my friends."
meet susan hammer. her life has been destroyed.
susan: "it's just drained me. it's quite humiliating."
two women with one thing in common.
jose jimenez: "and she really has real bugs -- she has flies, ticks, nymphs. all sorts of strange bugs."
you heard him correctly. clean, healthy people have bugs coming out of their body.
for information about haarp, check out wikipedia or do an internet search. there were lots of good web sites. i couldn't choose just one. :uhoh21:
You are correct. Most Doctors will diagnose these people with delusional parasitosis and prescribe psychoactive drugs to treat it. However, there are really two sides to the story".
Actually, the majority of people I've met who claim that they have this disease had a mental disorder BEFORE the morgellens. Before. Which is quite interesting.
Sorry, I don't believe that we don't see them due to 'inappropriate collection technique'.
Those pictures look like lesions with lint on them. It's not convincing at all.
So this one lady who I know has Borderling and Dissociative personality disorder also believes that they come out in chemtrails. When asked why we all don't get it, it's because "some are immune". Now when we ask why there is no microbial evidence, it's because "bad collection techniques". Every time we ask a 'why' there is some mystery excuse for it.
Excuses, excuses. I could go on and on, but this thing is so Borderline PD that it's not funny.
There are doctors who are researching this and they say something is going on. I can't believe that they would be giving this any credence if there wasn't something going on.
Also, I have no doubt that some of the self diagnosed morgellon's sufferers do have delusional parasitosis. Just because some might be delusional doesn't mean they all are. If the evidence presented is correct then there is overwhelming evidence that this is a real condition.
Cases of Morgellons have been more consentrated in the southern states. What I think would be interesting would be to compare the density of cases between morgellon's disease and delusional parasitosis across America. I'd guess that delusional parasitosis cases would be pretty evenly distributed across the states. If that was true, it'd suggest possibly that something local is causing the symptoms of Morgellon's disease.
I just meant that combining both those topics into one thread can often get people to tune out because they think it's just a bunch of "conspiracy theory" mumbo-jumbo. Chemtrails are extremely popular on those types of websites and I wouldn't want people to totally disregard Morgellon's disease because of that link. It's easy and probably normal to say these people are crazy but there are reputable scientists that are saying the same thing these morgellon's sufferers are saying. I have a hard time believing that these scientists and doctors researching this condition are also delusional along with their patients.
Dr. Hildegarde Staninger is one of the leading scientists researching morgellon's disease, here's some of her findings.
Thanks for clarification. I see your point. I don't agree but do see your point. Also, Dr. Staninger's material is fascinating. I must re-read that. Interesting about fiberoptics, PEV.

Not sure why you are so closed on this. Do you always have to see something to believe it? It's good to not jump to conclusions or accept every statement made as Gospel but I'm wondering if the topic frightens you or if you think it will make you look foolish somehow to believe that Morgellon's and chem trails are real.
What do you think about the body bugs?
And the explanations I'm giving as possibilities to answer your questions are just that - possible explanations, not excuses.
They laughed at Columbus, too. Well, guess what. The world is NOT flat. They ridiculed Semmelweiss. Guess what. There ARE microorganisms and handwashing DID decrease childbed fever and save lives. In fact, we're still living by these 2 fellows' teachings today.
As for some people being immune to things others catch, guess what. That really happens.
Knowing 1 person with BPD does not a principle make.
