Moral character review

I was wondering if there is anyone who has gone through this. I am in this process now and Iwant to know how long this might take and what it entails. I have submitted the paperwork that was requested so now what??? can someone please help.

Thank you very much. I just dont understand whats taking so long. I dont really want to get a Lawyer but I have a feeling that might speed up the process.

I'm in NJ and got something similar. The letter I got said it could be up to 6 months. All I have to do is go somewhere and get finger printed. They will tell me where when they're ready for me.

As far as I know, this is taking place because of that nurse in PA who killed all those PT's the other year.

he didnt mention anything about getting finger printed. All he asked for was the letters. I can't take it anymore I want to work.

Yeah, what is this? Is this a routine background check before they give a license to a new applicant, or was there something in your background that prompted a specific investigation?

No not everyone just people who have had a previous criminal background
