Moorpark College Fall 2023

Hi everyone!! I haven't noticed a thread for Moorpark College's nursing program for Fall 2023 yet. I'm submitting my application tomorrow. My stats aren't the greatest but I'm hoping for at least an alternate offer ??

no call for me either ? their office hours are 8-12 on fridays so I don't think they be doing any more calls for today

I'm going to meet w the counselor soon to see how I can improve my applications in the future

Thank you! Do you know when they'll typically send the email to the alternates after they call you saying you're an alternate? 

They called be right before the afternoon, I was driving on the 405 so I was distracted, nervous and excited. 

I have a 3.93 GPA , I got a B on Physio :(.

TEAS aren't as high as I'd hoped since I got a 77.

Hi guys! I got a call earlier this week for a spot (for reference, my overall score was 79). I'm from Sonoma County so I will be making the move to moorpark / Ventura county area- if anyone else is in need of roommates, let me know! ?

Congrats!! How long did it take for you to receive the email after the phone call? And was it through the school email?

Thank you! I got the call on Wednesday and got the email Thursday through the school email. Wishing you the best of luck!!

Gotcha! I got the call on Friday so I assume I'd have to wait til weekday! Would you recommend for me to call or just wait it out? I'm not sure which forms I'd have to fill out or what to have prepared by April 10

As an alternate, does that mean I'm guaranteed a spot whether it's this coming semester or the next? Because if no one drops this fall and I don't get in, they said I have a spot for next Spring. I'm not sure if I should be relived or still be stressed until then

it's April 4, and still no call. guessing that means denied ?

There are two approved ways to create a special place for your cohort.

One: create a facebook page. This link may be posted.

Two: Premium members may create a "club" by clicking on the Breakroom link in the yellow bar to the left of this page. Then click on "Create A New Club" in the green bar at the top of the page, and follow instructions.

References to other than these two avenues will be moved from view, to comply with the Terms of Service.
