Moorpark College ADN Spring 2024

Hello all,

Starting a thread for anyone who applied to Moorpark's Spring 2024 Cohort. Based past cohort threads I am guessing we will hear back from them next week Friday (October 13th) or early the following week. Good luck everyone!

Yeah I didn't expect a call today, but the caller just introduced themself over the phone and said I was accepted to start in January and if I wanted to accept the offer. They also informed me I'd be getting more information next week over email. So look out for an 805 number!

Hi! Just wanted to update that I as well got a call! I submitted my application mid August and applied with 80 points and a 91 on the TEAS :’)

Hi!

I also got a call not too long ago! Basically it's to confirm if you accept or decline your spot in the class and a follow up email should be sent after. I believe my points were 79 or maybe 80 depending on if I did the calculation correct.

I didn't expect the call today either but I'm so glad I answered! In the call they just said this is Moorpark Nursing and said I was accepted to start in January and if I would like to accept the offer. Overall I think I only had 80 points total and I applied the last week of the application period. I hope you all get calls soon too!

If you don't mind sharing how many points you applied with?  And when did you turn in your application? I turned mine in on the last day. How exciting!!

Did anyone also apply to VC or Pierce? I have a friend who applied to VC and got a spot. She also applied to Moorpark but has not received a response yet.

Same. Nothing. Pretty bummed. But will retake TEAS in a year and try again.

Same here! I haven't heard anything but I called Friday and they said they were only open till noon and will be making more calls on Monday and Tuesday. So don't lose hope!

Hi! I've been following along and wanted to let everyone know that I just got a call informing me that I was accepted as an alternate with guaranteed admission for the fall. I also applied to Glendale, Pierce, and LA Valley.. so still crossing my fingers that I can start in the Spring as I don't want to wait an entire semester. Good luck to everyone!
