Has anyone received an acceptance letter for the spring 2016 nursing program at Montgomery college?

Hello everyone!

I'm little late on this thread but I also applied to MC nursing for Spring 2016.

I got my acceptance letter on Oct. 7!

Did anyone apply to other nursing schools?

I got my letter today as well (I live in Ellicott City/Howard County). I have also applied to UMD's CNL program. Best of luck to everyone!

Congrats cmblanc! Does anyone know what's the first semester of nursing will be like?

I think from what I hear from students we will be in class or clinicals every day and I think we cover medsurg in the first semester? But I'm really not sure lol

Clinicals are so scary! Do you know how many times a week and how long it is?

I work at a hospital and the students that come for clinicals come once a week and it's from the beginning of the shift, around 7 am but they only stay til 3 so it's not too bad

Also they don't seem too scary :) we won't get much responsibility right away so not too much stress.

Does the letter say how long we have to accept the position? I got the receipt but since it was Sunday and Columbus Day I haven't actually been able to pick it up yet...
