Montefiore School of Nursing Spring 2020

Hello all!

I know it's early to make this thread but I wanted to see who else is planning to apply to this program.

The first open house is in February. Anybody else going?

When I called, I even asked her “email or mail box?” and she stated mail box. Idk maybe it’s a last min change. But at least the common denominator is notifications will be sent out this week. So we will see soon.

Today. The moment I posted that. Righttt. I thought the same thing. The info we are receiving is so mixed.

I know for them it must be so aggravating getting calls left and right but if you give us the same info or it’s set in stone then we all won’t be calling and emailing like heathens loll

I’m pretty sure they are aggravated by the calls but it would be nice if they stuck to one story.

I worry about pissing someone over there off and ruining my chances. I have sat on my hands and not called. I even felt anxious emailing Chanelle as many times as I did, but I needed to as I was flying in from out of state and I apologized PROFUSELY to help her understand that I wasn't trying to be a pest. We GOT TO MANAGE THE ANXIETY.

As difficult as it may be calling countless times won’t make the decision come sooner! We waited this long, and while I agree that these last few days are UNBEARABLE we are almost there!! ?

Hang on in there guys, we all are not going to get in but we all will be a nurse one day, by the grace of God!!! Just don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get in this time around, just keep trying. God always give us our hearts desires.

I wonder if the rejection letters are in a regular small envelope because i heard the acceptance comes in a big envelope
