Hello all!
I know it's early to make this thread but I wanted to see who else is planning to apply to this program.
The first open house is in February. Anybody else going?

I personally did not study for reading/math, but I wish I did. I got 4 questions wrong in the reading and math section. One more correct answer for either section, then boom my overall grade would be 80+ instead of the 79. Oh well lol
You’re right. But you did really well overall so that’s good. Not worried about writing/English/grammar, it has always been my strong point but still won’t underestimate it tho. But thanks again.

I remember a problem that gave you 4 sets of equations like the one below (as an example) and you have to figure out which is correct. I'm sure these types of problems are still showing up but the guys that took the test today would know better.
So, if you're asked if the below is correct, how do you know?
688 1376
—— = ———
898 1796
One of the easiest ways to do this is to take out any number you want and replace it with an X and cross-multiply and then divide to see if it’s correct. So I’m going to take out 688 (randomly chosen) and replace it with an X so my equation will be this:
x 1376
——— = ———
898 1796
then cross-multiply to get this equation:
1796X = 1,235,648
Once I divide both sides by 1796, X should equal 688, which it does.
688 1376
—— = ———
898 1796
So, this equation would be correct
I actually did not see this question and luckily I didn't cause I dont think I practiced any of these types of problems

Reading:86%
Math: 79%
Science:85%
Writing: 56%
critical thinking: 88%
I bombed writing. I think I underestimated it too much and didn't really study it. Surprisingly on science which I was most scared about I did really good on. I just hope this score is good enough to get me in.
Great Score Congrats!!

There is a set timer for each section. You will be able to see it to keep track of your time when answering questions. I took off my apple watch and put it in my book bag just in case if someone called/texted me. I didn't want to be accused of cheating ?
