That's great to hear! I have many friend who graduated from nursing programs and had difficulties or no help with job placement.

I dropped off my application today and also found out I needed a reference letter! Nearly losing my mind today trying to figure out how I am will obtain a letter with such short notice.

Oh no, do you have someone to write you a reference? Did you get it?

I'm waiting to hear back from my manager to see if he will be able to write me one.

I hope you get it in time, I really do. My h.s transcript finally came today, I was getting nervous because time is winding down. Mind you I have been trying for a whole month and a half. Ms. Walker already told me tht I qualify to sit for the Kaplan so it’s all a matter of waiting for the call now.

I hope so too! Ahhh that's great news! I am happy for you! I received the transcript I ordered in the mail yesterday. I was relieved but now I am stressing for this reference letter. She told me she would be looking over my transcripts, calculating my GPA and would email me if I qualified for the Kaplan. I am currently studying for my TEAS. So I hope I will be more than prepared for the Kaplan. How soon after handing in your application did you find out you were qualified to sit for the exam?

You will be fine, everything will align in our favor. She actually emailed me on Friday letting me know that I needed to bring in my marriage certificate as proof of my name change, and also letting me know that I am still missing my transcript. So when I read that I called her immediately and she told me that I am eligible to sit but that I needed those remaining items to complete my application. I handed everything in on Monday the 24th. So my finding out I was eligible to sit for the Kaplan was by accident really.

Hey guys finally caught up with the convo I been super busy but I want to keep updated.

Are you taking any pre read right now maybe you can get a prof. to write you one or if you go to church the priest or someone in the church can write you on I’m pretty sure you will get it on time!

I actually called monte today and it looks like I’m eligible too well I’m assuming she said just wait till the end of the month that’s when they send out the exam dates.
