Hello! I am also applying MSON. I just need to pick up one of my college transcripts to submit. Does the application have to be mailed or can we drop it off directly at the office as well?

Hi! you can drop the application off, that's what I did. I was emailed on friday letting me know that my H.S transcripts still hasn't been received and to hurry up and get it in before the 6th because I am eligible to sit for the Kaplan. Good Luck to you!

I wanted to send over official PDF transcripts because it's cost and time effective, but unfortunately they don't accept transcripts in that manner. LOL, I was trying to avoid having to take multiple long drives to go pick up transcripts.

I sent my College transcripts over through parchment. I placed the order through my college and the documents were sent directly through secured email. Then I received another email when they received it. you can try to call tomorrow to see if that were an option.

I feel it would not reach the school before the 6th. I would hate to lose out on applying because my documents did not make it on time. I'd rather secure and drop off the documents myself at this point.

I understand, unfortunately I don't have that option. I went to school all the way upstate so I cannot make that trip to pick them up. I've been trying to receive my transcript for 6 weeks now. so I'm nervous.

I'm sure it will be here within these next few days! No worries! I read they also need a birth certificate copy as well. Are they still requesting that?

yes, I had to submit my Birth Cerificate.

speaking to you just reminded me that I have to submit my marriage certificate, for proof of name change. will be doing that tomorrow.

I think if it’s postmarked before the due date you should be fine

I sent my application express because I was afraid it won’t get there and I have a tracking number to it still hasn’t arrived let’s see by Monday

Thanks for that info! I think I am still going to go in personally to deliver all my paperwork. I haven't gotten a chance to personally visit the school. I found out about MSON through this forum. Luckily just in time for application deadline. Are any of you applying to other schools as well?

it's a great school. I went to the info session and learned a lot. Also their affiliation with Montefiore hospital is great for job placement.
