Montefiore school of nursing fall 2019

Anyone else applying to montefiore for the fall. I am so nervous but so excited because I really want to go to this school.

I have one question I found the reading comphersion hard on the Kaplan book. I was wondering will the reading be this hard as it is on the Kaplan book. And omg what’s can I do to I improve that

For the Reading Comprehension and grammar will be going over a SAT book. And goodluck @Nickibless you will so fine.

@NurseS2021 I feel like it would be quite easy if you read the passage questions first to get an idea of the passage.Then proceed to reading the passage to find the answers. I dont have the kaplan book though

I passed m my exam!!!! Overall score of 86%

math-93%

science-90%

reading-82%

and writing( that part sucked the life outta me) I got a 76%

i still can’t stop screaming

I will be taking my exam sometime in October. Now that you took the exam, what would you recommend to use for studying?

I have study guides for the science section study it and you will do excellent. I also have study guide for the math portion. Start practicing your writing from now because the Kaplan is easy compared to the actual test.

Hey how many reading did U had to do. And was the reading hard i mean u did good but compared to the Kaplan book was the reading hard and writing section, and what would u recommend. @Nickibless

@Akilah Forsythe the lady there said they only look at the math and the science section. They don’t look at critical thinking

@NurseS2021 it was 22 questions for the reading I got 4 wrong but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. But the writing section ? that part was not what I expected I thought I was prepared for that section but nope!!!
