Hi guys,

Anybody in here can relate or answer my question? I submitted my resume to Montefiore thru online and via HR. Somebody got back to me and said she forwarded my resume to the nursing managers for consideration... I know what it means but is there any possibility that they will REALLY CONSIDER me? like set-up an interview with them? or contact me back??
