Hi All,

I just got notified that I was accepted into the Fall '22 Accelerated Nursing Program! Wanted to start a thread to other students who may be attending as well or those who are applying and may have questions. ?

Thanks! Nope I was told I am on a waiting list for Winter.

I was told that for the first semester, your student advisor does the class schedule. I’m hoping to speak to someone today. I’m noticing that I have to take a lot of initiative to get things done. So I signed up with every q&a meeting so I can figure it out.  I see that the classes are slowly filling up and I want to get a preferred schedule

I have no idea who my student advisor is ! I agree ! I could see things are a bit unorganized. I hope you get to speak to someone. How do you get access to the classes to see how much space there is ? I’m thinking if no one class me back will make a trip to the school.

I felt the same way.  I left a voicemail about the classes then financial aid called me back to go over my FAFSA application? I said sir, (---------------------) I was told to apply for everything already and to fill out the ferpa and fund release authorization form. He said “oh, that’s supposed to be done electronically” I told him I signed up for the financial aid q&a and got a callback that it was being canceled cause I was the only person that signed up! That person then went through all the steps with me and I did it all! He also knows how many credits your taking each semester but not what class.  ??‍♀️ so to answer your other question there is a myservices and myMonroe page and they have to give you your login. On the page you can see what transfer credits they accepted and what you need to complete your degree. You can also access the class schedule to plan it out but it won’t let you register because a pop up appears stating that the student advisor has to review.
