Monroe College Bachelors of nursing program

Hey everyone. I’m currently starting my application process for Monroe college Bachelors of nursing program, Fall 2021. I’m quite nervous. As I’m an average student, I’m on my last year of high school. I don’t have the best grades but I said, hey let me give it a shot. Has anyone ever applied there ? How hard was it getting accepted ??  After submitting your application and doing your interview, how long did it take to get a reply from them if you were accepted or not ? Also, What did they ask in the interview questions ? What is school like there ? What’s the workload like and professors ? I really want to be accepted. Any advice and information anybody has would be great ! Thank you.

Guys, I had confirmed my acceptance from the 24th, but my advisor hasn’t reached out to me yet and I have not received my TO DO LIST, as yet. Anybody having this problem ? I just want to prepare as early as possible. So everything runs smoothly when school starts.

Same here, but I was told right now they are attending to Spring students.

Ohhh makes sense. Hopefully we’ll receive and get things going by Friday or next week.

Am just trying to finish all my prerequisites with straighterline why waiting.

Hi, if you don’t mind me asking, from the time you applied to the time you got accepted, how long was the whole process? Thank you in advance

My advisor told me I had already been accepted when I was connected to her for the interview but I didn’t get a email saying so which I told her about.... she said she was going to look into it for me. Did this happen to anyone else?

I had to be waiting for my transcript and recommendation letters soo that held me up a little but also I took like a month or so to study for the TEAS. I did my TEAS like the second week of March. Afterwards, I was just waiting for them to tell me when my interview was. I did my interview on April 14 and I got my acceptance letter like a week after the interview I think around April 21-23. I don’t remember exactly.

No, that didn’t happen to me. I guess just wait on your advisor to clarify.

No, that didn’t happen to me. I guess just wait on your advisor to clarify.

No my interview wasn’t with my advisor. It was a different person.
