Hey anybody did Health assessment at Monroe already with --------------------------- ? How was it ? How can I prepare for the exams ? Please help !!

Hey. It’s going good for me so far. Most of the professors are good, overall my experience is good so far. The TEAS was not bad. I believe it was much harder for me as I never really had background knowledge of A&P so I had to work twice as hard. The other sections of the TEAS were fairly easy. For perquisites they require I believe that depends on the nursing program you want to go into cause they have traditional, lpn, traditional, progressive etc.

Hey guys. I’m asking on behalf of a friend interested in doing the ABSN program at Monroe ? Do you guys know how long the program is ? She did a bachelors degree her overall GPA is 3.0 or 3.1. She had done some of the prerequisites listed on Monroe’s site already for her degree but she never did so well in terms of grades. Is it possible for her to do them over and get higher grades to become more competitive ? She’s really smart but she fell back in school because of personal reasons. I just want to know what her chances of getting in are. Also, how long did taking perquisites take for you guys and where did you take them ? How much students do they take per year ? Any advice or feedback would be good. Thank you ?.

Hey guys. For the ordering of the uniforms, are you guys going to order your pants/ bottoms and shoes from the Flynn website or elsewhere. I was thinking of purchasing elsewhere but I’m not sure if I can do that. I was thinking because they did not have logos like the scrub tops and jacket I could. What do you guys think ?

I got mine. Yes I was having the same problem with blackboard. Yes I got that email also. Does anyone know if we can purchase different sneakers from the one on the website ?

Did anyone get the “To do list” as yet ?

I actually applied for the new Rochelle campus but I was told that nursing isn’t actually done on the new Rochelle Campus only Bronx. So I guess everyone will be at Bronx.

Same, I was just about to ask if anyone received the to do list. I’m still waiting on it and I haven’t heard anything from my advisor in a while. I just want to get started with the entire process I’m excited ?.

Maybe it just hasn’t updated yet because at first the only thing I was seeing was my acceptance letter and to confirm my acceptance and this morning when I logged it was saying something about my acceptance fee whether I wanted to pay it now or later but it didn’t state the cost so I just said later.

Try going on Google, type in Monroe college apply now. You’ll see “Apply for admission- Monroe College,” press on that. When you press on it, you should see something like “returning users, first time users login in.” Press on returning users and use the email address and password you signed up with that’s if you were always submitting online. If that’s the case then you should have a portal, when you log in you’ll see that you should confirm your acceptance and something about paying acceptance fee. I didn’t get an acceptance email. All I got was an email to check my portal because an update was made. When I logged in I saw the acceptance letter. Maybe that’s why you guys aren’t getting the emails but it’s actually in your portal. I don’t know if you can submit in a different way but if you were always submitting documents online try this and see what happens.
