Monroe College Accelerated 2nd Degree Nursing Program

Hey!

 

Has anyone been accepted to this Monroe college program? I know they used to have it and recently bought it back. Any thought?

Yes if we all work as a team is going to be very easy.. let’s see how it goes, I just want to start nursing classes.

I was super excited to start nursing too but we'll just have to wait until the Spring.

I like that this school is cheaper than the other ABSN programs but these added courses seem like such a waste of money. Aside from this are the semesters back to back without a break? I would prefer this.

Where did you see the teacher post the textbook? On Blackboard it says that I'm not enrolled in any classes.

Do you have your Monroe gmail, the message was sent there and the content is:

I just checked my schedule I'm actually not in that class, I confused it with Intro to Health Care

4. race, ethnicity and health by Taafoi Kamara

 

5. introduction to global health issues by Collette Brown.

Hi Ruth, 

The courses are doable and you can do well as long as you do all your assignments on time, try not to miss any Chemistry class and you can ask the professor questions if you don’t understand. For the advanced writing, you will do a lot of writing but it’s not difficult. Don’t worry, you will do good. I was able to work full time and still take all the classes.
