Stars getting you will updated seems like a good idea

Tweety I hope that the diet begins to have an effect soon

NJ22 glad you weren't injured in the fall

Spent part of yesterday morning cleaning off my car so I could go to church.  Was fairly sparse attendance as the roads were still kind of snowy.  Was originally going to go to lunch with my friend N but we decided to reschedule to next week due to all the snow.  Rest of the day was fairly quiet, exercised and did laundry and ran some errands

Today should be pretty ordinary, no one is off at work, so hoping for a calm workday. After work nothing going on except exercise

Going to be in the low 30s, will get a little more snow this evening

Good morning!

Joe, hope you do indeed have a calm day at work.

Waffles let me wake up naturally at 7AM and didn't' wake up.  Odd for her who usually wakes me up to be fed before 6 AM.  She got up and ate with gusto.

Other than going to the doggie ophthalmologist today nothing much going on.

Have a great day.

It was rainy most of the day, here, in the 50s. Dh and I went to a matinee (do they still call it that?) We saw the sequel or Part 2 of Wicked, called Wicked for Good. I actually thought it was better than the first, but it was very looong and I ate way too much popcorn.

I made tortellini with vodka sauce last night for dinner, with bread sticks and Caesar salad. Actually, I bought the tortellini, breadsticks and salad mix, but I did make the sauce. I think dh was disappointed that there was no meat, but oh well, he knows where the store and kitchen are.

I was going to get tickets to see Nick Offerman at our local theatre but both shows sold out quickly. I just watched a miniseries on Netflix with him in it, and he was pretty good. The miniseries was about the assassination of James Garfield called Death by Lightning.

Got Tinker a "parka"-type dog coat.....puffy like a snow suit, but no hood. I tried it on her (it's extra-small) and when I took it off, she protested! So I put it back on her and she curled up next to me and went to sleep. Me-thinks she likes it! It is a bright green, but the other option in this style was a tan one, but for some reason I didn't like it, maybe  because of the trim-color on the arm-holes.....I think. Anyway, other options were   sweaters, (thinner) or had hoods (useless for her, with her upright ears. I will be able to put it on over her harness and there is a space for the leash to come through, making it easier-peasier. I am so glad we are both well-pleased with it!

I think Tinker likes her new coat 🙂
