Molloy College Accelerated Nursing program Fall 2019

Hi everyone, I applied to Molloy's accelerated nursing program for the Fall 2019 semester and noticed there hasn't been a thread started yet. Has anyone applied and heard back for the fall yet?!

When did you apply & when did you take the exams? I haven't heard from anyone yet either :/ took the exams 3/12 & passed both but still haven't heard back yet. Called admissions twice & they told me my application is still in review

I applied pretty late, some time in mid January, since I still didn't graduate yet. I took the tests last Thursday since they told me to wait for a letter in the mail for test dates. I know one of my professors called admissions last week and they said that there are still spots open in the program. I'm just worried that majority of the people applying already have a degree and since I have to wait until May to get mine the program will be filled. Also I feel like I got 3 wrong on the math test and I heard you can only get a minimum of 2 wrong to pass.

@meeeks let me know when you get an acceptance/denial letter. I think we applied and took the ND/Math around the same time so I feel like we should be getting a decision around the same time. The wait is killing me. It’s been almost 3 weeks since my exams and I think like 5 weeks for you. I wonder what the hold up is. I emailed my admissions advisor twice but he hasn’t answered. I’m getting impatient!

Ugh same! The wait is killllllinggggg me. I check the mail everyday. Will definitely keep you updated! I’ve heard people hear back quick so I get more and more discouraged as each day passes. Glad to hear someone say there’s still open seats left. FINGERS CROSSED!

Just called admissions again. They said it’s still in review and we should hear back in a couple of weeks. I asked if we should expect to hear back before the end of May (I signed up for summer classes if I don’t get into Molloy) and she said definitely. ?

Summer classes for pre-req’s? And damn okay, another whole month! I feel like they always say “a few weeks”

Hello everyone, i also applied to the dual program. Im scheduled to take the math and reading test 4/26 am i too late? Do you think most seats are already taken? Thank you guys!

Is anyone else thinking of taking some of their remaining pre-reqs at Molloy this summer? I only have to take CHEM 112, was thinking about taking it during the summer session so I can start the regular nursing sequence in the fall.

I got into the dual degree program in early March and was wondering if there's a facebook group for those who put down their deposit and accepted a seat in the program?
