Hi all! I applied months ago to the Mohawk College RPN program starting Jan of 2021. I have competitive grades. I have not heard any word back from them in terms of next steps in my application (HOAE exam). My application status says I meet the course pre-req's and my application is ACTIVE. Anyone experience something similar to this?
anelej 7 Posts Oct 7, 2020 I also applied for the January start at Mohawk. I have already taken the HOAE test and still haven't been updated on my application status. Have you heard anything from the program yet?
Teddyhlc 6 Posts Oct 21, 2020 Hi there, My application is the same right now. Eligibility met and application active but no decision yet. I have emailed admissions and apparently decisions are suppose to be released by the end of this month.
Ajst95 6 Posts Oct 25, 2020 I applied for Winter 2021 start as well, and I received my offer this past Friday. I am a mature student (completed pre health) and I completed my HOAE exam early as I had applied for September and was waitlisted! Hopefully you guys hear back soon!

I received an offer for the September intake but it got revoked because of COVID :( I still haven’t got an offer for the January start though. A little nervous since I applied the day after equal consideration.
Ajst95 6 Posts Oct 25, 2020 @anelej oh man that sucks! I hope you hear something soon! Covid has really made things complicated for school for everyone. @Teddyhlc I had at least 85 in all of my classes, and I had a 88avg for HOAE. Even with these marks I was waitlisted for the previous semester, so who knows what this semesters average requirement is. It's based ob the applicants averages
anelej 7 Posts Nov 4, 2020 Has anyone heard back from Mohawk yet? I emailed and called admissions and heard that there would be a second round of offers mid-November, but also that there was no more offers going out ?
Heather Campbell 10 Posts Nov 4, 2020 I also emailed the College, and they said that they will be monitoring the offers and if students decline their offers, then more offers will go out. I accepted my offer elsewhere.
