Modification-- interview sections

Hello. Activity Director is asking if the F section can be modified due to a coding error. But I'm not sure if interview sections can be modified... can they?

If it’s entered incorrectly, you can. If the interviewee acknowledges that the original reply was incorrect, you also can. It’s always good practice to document reason for modification.
