Modesto Junior College '15/'16 ADN applications MJC nursing program

Published

Hi all!

I've seen a few threads about TEAS V scores and points totals regarding getting into the Modesto Junior College nursing program. I'd love to get an idea where everyone else is at, what my chances might be, what's working for everybody, etc.

personally, I have 63 points so far, got a 76% on the TEAS test. I'm planning on trying to work on a better score though.

Lets get the conversation going MJC crowd!!

Nevermind,

I checked the site and it says that they select roughly 40 (for each semester) for MJC and 10 for the satellite. I am a nervous wreck!!

Has anyone with points lower than 65 been selected to submit supporting documents? I am nervous that I will be right at the cutoff with 68 points!!!

where do you find your status?

found it, mine still says processing....did Donna tell any of you that it would change to approve?

will the person with the lowest points that they selected for documentation please stand up!! lol (not to be mean, just want to know where we are!! ) :D

What I've heard from others is that the documents will show the date they were met with green check marks to the right of the application.

I know people with 62 who were selected to provide and people with 61 who were not so my guess is 62 is the lowest.

Once your documents are approved your status will say so and there will be green marks by everything. You WILL NOT get an email when this happens so you kinda have to watch for your status to change. Once everyone's documents have been gone through they will send out acceptance emails (no later than July 13th)

Hope that helps!

I turned in my documents today and I got an email immediately after, verifying the documents were received. Basically every document I turned in got a check mark next to it.

Received or approved?

That gets me worried because mine hasn't been checked off yet since I turned in.Two of my friends the same day they turned it it was checked off green.

It's possible that some of us have more complicated applications. I personally have course work from 3 colleges, which I submitted and had evaluated and approved months ago. Maybe that's why it's taking longer for those of us who turned stuff in awhile ago. I'm sure there is a reason for the delay.

Mine isnt green, but it just shows a check mark that it has been received. Waiting on the approval!

Okay guys just checked and my documents were approved. Thought I let you guys know.
