Mistakenly shaded black ink in setA for board exam

Published

I mistakenly shaded black ink in setA for np1 and np2 and it was completely bothered me since i take the nursing board exam last may 25&26 2014 till now..,,please help me or give some opinion with regards to my situation thanks,.

but the items 1-100 i correctly shaded it with pencils..

even the np3 np4 and np5 setA i shaded it with pencil,

this is the full situation..i was starting to answer np2 when the proctor caught my attention and say what did i use to shade the setA or B then i said i used ball pen..the proctor then said it should be pencil.,.thats what he said during introduction...but i mis hear it cause its loud in the room especially outside..then the proctor said there is no instruction to shade it with pencil either ..and i read the top portion of answer sheet and there is no instruction to shade the set with pencil,..that gives me some relief but then after the whole exam i ask someone and friends and they said the prc might reject my paper especially np1 and np2 coz i used the black ink..

please help so i can feel some relief coz it cost me sleepless nights thinking about it..i dont know what to do..

Your description is a bit confusing, because I don't know what exam you're talking about. However, I think you could probably call the entity that gave the exam (school? employer? ??) and ask them whether the machine that reads the answer sheet needs to see marks in pencil or will it read black ink. If it won't read black ink, ask if your answer sheet can be corrected manually.

You post is a bit confusing.. From what I can get from it you used a pen to complete a test after you were told to use a pencil. I would think that if they were going to reject the test they would have done it then, but I couldn't say for sure.

I see you used "PRC" which is usually the nursing registration council for the Philippines. Most nurses that frequent this forum have no idea what you are referring to. Contact the PRC for advice regarding your concerns. Even if a member understood your confusing post, it's likely none of us are employees of the PRC and we cannot advise you either way. I would say contact them sooner rather than later lest your exam results be invalidated.

Ah ok thanks man i will try to contact them now thnks for the response

so, were you able to contact them? how was it? were you able to pass?
