I'm not sure where you are located, so why don't you first try your state Board of Nursing for LPN programs in your state. You can also try a search for lpn programs at: http://www.discovernursing.com. However, that list is not all inclusive (atleast not for my state).
As for the pre entrance test, each school usually has different entrance requirements and entrance tests. Here in PA, it is usually the PSB or the NET. There is a great book out there by Mary McDonald for Pre Entrance tests for the LPN (about $25 new). I found that of great help for certain sections of the PSB. There is also a NET study guide out there if you have to take that one (runs about $30 new). However, I would just check eBay of half.com and buy a used one first.
Good luck in your search for a LPN school. And CONGRATULATIONS on getting your GED. I have no doubt that before long you will have a nursing license as well!
