I am creating this thread to connect with others in the same boat as I. I recently applied to Mira Costa and Palomar College. My experience with Mira Costa was completely different from Palomar. The representative at Mira Costa opened my application in front of me. To make sure all was there😊. Im already so nervous and this is just day 1 of waiting for 2 months. Feel free to share your experience, points, worries, advice(from students already accepted in the RN program)
I received an email from Palomar yesterday notifying me that I am an alternate. I am really hoping to get an actual spot as Palomar is my first choice! I am encouraged that a couple of you are giving up your spots!! Good luck again to all :)

Hello, I am also an alternate for the fall cohort. I have not received any additional information regarding an acceptance from Palomar.. I'm still waiting to hear something back. Does anyone know what the chances are of getting in after being placed as an alternate ? Are the chances high or low?
