Has anyone applied to Midwestern State University (MSU) in Wichita Falls for Fall 2012? I'd love to hear from other prospective students!
Hey! I just received my acceptance from Midwestern.. I want to ask all the fellow nursing students how MSU is.. Do they have a good nursing? What is the NCLEX pass rate? Do you think you received a good education here? Any advice for us future nursing students? Also, this question is to students who have graduated already.. When you went to go apply for a job, how competitive were you and do you think your education from MSU was good enough in providing an adequate care to patients and their family members.
Congrats Gigg! I don't think hospitals or clinics ask where you received your BSN/ADN. I think they look at the fact that you passed your NCLEX, you successfully graduated from a BSN program, and just if you're capable of working as an individual in a hospital setting, you can use your nursing skills to carefully treat a patient without another nurse or doctor telling you how to. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's what hospitals look for when they hire newly licensed nurses.
