I have my entrance test for the lpn program at mcvts the 16 of this month. Anyone has taken it, please let me know how it is. Also, anyone did the lpn to RN program at jfk medical center, let me know please.

please I need some advice about the test in mcvt , I have my test this Thursday , I don't know what to expect, pleasee help I'm so nervous!!! í ½í¸•í ½í¸•í ½í¸•í ½í¸•

Hi Nancy 221,

Its a very basic test. Just make sure u brush up on your (fractions-Add, sub, div, & multi & decimals, add, sub, div, multi) Percents, pos & neg intergers- little algebra in that regard- not too much) ratio & proportions. I took the test last dec & had Roman numerals on there but I heard they're no longer on there but brush up on it anyways, just in case. There are also no math word problems when I took it which was great for me b/c I highly dislike math! Lol;) Get the tabers adult Ed testing book.. U can get it at the library. Study ur sentence structure, grammar, punctuation.. Etc. Hope this helps! Best of luck sweety!í ½í¸Š

Your welcome! I'm currently a Junior in the day program. My time at MCVTS has been very gratifying;) The instructors & staff are wonderful. I've learned sooo much & I can tell you that for me, returning to school has been the best decision I've made. Considering the great reputation of the school (Very well founded might I add) & the affordable price they offer it to you for, well.. That's just a bonus;) Let me know how your test goes.. I'd tell you to try & take it easy but, you probably won't.. Only b/c you'll be anxiously awaiting your test results as I was & the rest of your contenders..its normal & part of the process. Leave it in the Lord's hands dear & pray. All things are possible if they fall within his will;) Well, that's my thought on things, may or may not be yours.. Nonetheless.. Good luck just the same!

Thank you for you help I took the , test last Thursday, It was not really hard. Now i feel very nervous about the results . But I kind of concern because I heard some comments in this site , They say You need insurance to be in clinicals . Please did you think you can tell me if this is true. Thank you very much for you help .

Hi. Happy Tony I will mailing off my application today. .they told me the deadline is not till April and they said I should sent it off after January but I'm debating should I wait or should I sent it off today. What are your thoughts. And please let me know everything that I need to know about the test and the school. Thank you so much
