MICR140 UHM

Hello everyone,

I'm in the middle of fixing up my schedule, so I was wondering how long the labs usually are for microbiology at UH. & also, how was the class? Thanks guys :)

they take the full scheduled time usually. there's a crapload of stuff to do. cultures, gram staining, etc. interesting lab but very time consuming.

ahh... this class is fun! But you do have to put in a lot of time for lab reports and such. I would have suggested you take this lab in the summer time... I had to retake this lab in the summer time and most of the students in the class received an A and maybe a few B's. But i guess that really depends on the instructor and T.A. I had a fairly easy and fun TA for summer micro lab so it was an easy A for me. Oh and whatever you do... avoid T.A named Sasa! She's extremely meticulous and a difficult teacher!!
